This was a big revelation for me since I have seen “it” for years around my life and didn’t know what it was.
I starting talking to a friend about what I thought I observed, turned out to be “it”, and she told me that Janet not only figured out what it is, but explained how to deal with it, and wrote THE book on it.
I particularly liked that The CF book has detailed explanations – the points are well defined and resolved to specific Scripture references.

Oh…Oh my how reading Control Freak has changed my thinking and life skills! But the greatest gift it has givin me is that my Husband read the book before me! WOW! You know how we women marry our husbands and think well now I am going to change a few things in him..no doesn’t work…But this book has changed him for the better in our walk with the Lord and our Holy Spirit grows stronger everyday! Praise the Lord and Thank you Janet for the grace that flows though you and it has blessed us over and over!
Having read Control Freak the 1st time, I found subconsciously that I was employing a few of the tools and the results were well… overwhelming! As friends who I thought were friends, fell from my side like flies. Now having completed the Control Freak the 2nd time along with the countless CD’s Janet and her team sent to the studio I feel better employed / armored / self infused to choose to not confront issues / dialog that truly have no bearing on my direction in life. I must point out that since that painful Saturday Night at date Night and becoming more self empowered, I’ve found my self very much alone as if a light was turned on and the true fiber / intent of the takers, free loaders and business associates who I thought were on the same side (friends) actually were walking on the self promotional path and are now, long gone…..! If this were to have unfolded several months earlier before reading Control Freak, I would have folded, giving-in to please others.
I have given out copies of Control Freak to people for gifts when I don’t know what to get them that they could use. The reason I give out this book is because it has changed my life. I’ve given out a few copies of CONTROL FREAK to people who were totally skeptical of the book at first. This book has changed a few people to turn to CHRIST. IF you had known these people before, you would be astonished to see them just going into a church, let alone giving themselves to the LORD. All because of this book. This book IS Powerful!!!!!!
Just finished the audio version and was blown away by the revelations God has given me through this book.
I have come a long way; due to a recovery program I have been participating in for 6 yrs, but was able to see areas where I was still either being a control freak and/or was being controlled.
i now have my dessert options in hand and rehearsed responses are being scheduled as needed and the best part of all…is the Peace I have wthin.

“Control Freak” in the soft back is easy to read. The words are big in size with double spaced paragraphs. I have read half the book in a week or two .For sure will finish . No kidding this book will change your life. Good !!!

Thank you for sending out the “Control Freak” CD set last week. It arrived safe and sound. I am only on the second disc so far, and it has already brought to light many truths that the enemy has been using to derail my life. My mind is in the process of being deprogrammed from a lot of negative (sin) thinking. I can sense the Spirit healing my mind as He uproots all the weeds that the enemy has been sowing into my life… and I’ve been a believer for almost 21 years now! I am learning to relinquish control to the LORD that I have claimed to trust all these years. In reality, I have been blaspheming Him by attempting to control my own life and those around me. So much of my anxiety and stress has been caused by my attempt to control, and by my allowing others to control me. Now it’s time to reprogram my mind and learn how to listen to the Spirit, instead of all those other voices out there (and the ones in my own head).

I planned to write a blog regarding “Control Freak” when I finished your book …but that was my fear of man not receiving me as credible without completing it. At just half way through the book, I realize this material can direct, save, even restore a life to live for God’s intended purposes. Dealing with the “It” in your book has been the Lord’s work in me over the last 2-1/2 years …probably the last 52-1/2 years, but it took me 50 to suffer enough unnecessary pain and useless spinning, reactionary living before I realized just some of what you spell out in “Control Freak” – and you spell it out with compelling accuracy. Praise God – I am well on my way to living my life for an “audience of One.” Thank you for serving as a conduit of Jesus’ love for me and desire to lead me ‘one on one.’ Looking forward to the second half. To say meeting you tonight was a divine appt is an understatement!. Your work with this book Control Freak is a beautiful double edged sword refined with the fire of the Holy Spirit and dipped in the Blood of Jesus to strike at the heart or should I say jugular of the enemy and all his demons… The spirit of control (aka witchcraft) is alive in families and the Christian community beautifully camouflaged under the guise of “love” (aka stogie). The enemy’s agents/pawns (aka familiar spirits) are always on alert on ways to derail us since they know us:-) Jesus was absolutely on target with all His teachings on our enemies being members of our household (blood family and the church). I thank God that He is blatantly opening up the eyes of His children and His secrets our ours and our children forever. God is exposing the devices of the enemy through teachers like you just like
He used John the Baptist, Elijah, Moses, Paul, Isaiah, Daniel and many other warriors in His Kingdom- He is using you too in our generation.
I pray you become number#1 terror to the kingdom of the enemy and be a battle axe for Yahweh. God is looking for warriors these last days who will rise up and take up their cross but many of us modern believers without proper teaching and study are toothless lions and fat useless soldiers sitting on the benches of life but I chose to don my armor and take the gates of the enemy and Psalm 91 is my assurance of victory every day… Keep up the great work in battle and know that the Victory is the Lord’s, the blessings are ours and the shame and devastation to the enemy’s camp in Jesus Name-
I read Control Freak the first time then Purchased Audio book and Teaching Series which have given me more insight. This insight has strengthened my Faith tremendously!
Now, I am reading Control Freak again. The book is a ‘Must Read’. Listen to the audio version and I guarantee you will read it again!

It’s official, the Bible and the book, Control Freak, has changed my life dramatically! The Bible has been a guide that we cannot do without in order to function properly and harmoniously and to live a happy life. Living according to the Bible produces rest, even in a turbulent world full of unrest. Control Freak has been a blessing by the strengthening HIS word in my life and showing me that HE is Alive and Well.
After reading your book, I can’t explain it, however, it seems like a light suddenly came on.
My strong hold thinking is diminishing and I am seeing more and more how affect actually drives effect.
Example, I had another heated argument with my attorney. I sat calmly this time. Something inside told me just to ask him why doesn’t he have any control in this situation.
Wow. Did he ever come unglued. Then the light came on. He is only trying to stir up my emotions. He became more and more angry because I never engaged.
I am now looking at things with a totally different aspect. I am astonished by the things I am noticing around me that I have been obviously blind to.
Right now I am totally done with being robbed from my joy.

I finished reading your book yesterday. I have not read a book in many years. I am a changed person after reading your book.
I’ve been using the weapon and dessert on some people around me. My favorite part is the blessing and peace God has given me after the dessert has been dished out. I am hearing more directive and acting on it since I been going to your bible study (Date Night) and reading your book.
I no longer live my life on overdrive. I now surrender all my plans into God’s hands.

behavior has not changed. Yikes. Scary.
How the controlling spirit will let the person go to church and read the bible,
but still not change from needing absolute control is disturbing.

I’ve been real tired lately. I have to get up at 4:30am each morning to go to work. I like to read before I go to sleep. Usually relaxes me. So, I decided to read Control Freak. Content is so intense, my enthusiasm keeps me up until 3:30am. Last few nights I have continued to read, however, I know better, but I just can’t seem to put it down.
Honestly i cannot understand why people manupulate (especially at work situation); try to control other people – perhaps due to ‘weakness’? ‘desire to excercise power’. (is it -a spirit of wichcraft?) It is clear as
you said in the book that spirit of control is Anti-Christ – imagine Jesus would do that?! Thus it surely comes from the state of ‘non-belief’, absense of faith in Jesus.
One thing i really like about your messages and the book – the genuine desire to become Jesus follower. i have that desire yet i am far off from ‘words’ (if i examine myself) – easy to read and say, than really living out.
i am looking forward reading and learning and becoming more pleasing God as His daughter.

What a “treasure box of wisdom” this book is! As a mature Christian woman it’s refreshing to find text that not only teaches fresh manna from heaven, but it’s application and straight forward approach is refreshing and ENJOYABLE! Thank you for your labor of love in putting this together.
Wow! What a ride. It’s been a challenge but the knowledge I have gained from your book is the hinge that swings the door. I probably will never meet you to shake your hand and thank you personally but I know in our God’s kingdom I will have the chance to thank you and give you a proper hug. so in the meantime I will ask our Lord to meet all your needs as He sees fit and bless you daily as you serve Him.
I’ve been on a 6 year journey with the Lord and the past past 9 months have been in the wilderness. Janet helped me when i was born. Now at 13 years old i am able to show the love of God because she first showed me!!! While helping on the opening night, I
just wanted to buy a book and start reading it (i am not a reader and I will do whatever to get out of reading.) So i asked my mom for money so i could buy the
book. She rolled her eyes and said you can read and borrow mine anytime cuz she thought i would just let it sit by my bed like the many others to where the
dust has to be blown off. And i said, no mom, i really want to read it. And from all the Saturday night studies i have went to, I could see God working in peoples lives at the study! I started reading control freak Sunday. In three days I am on page 264. This book is stunning! I feel like 1,000 pounds of stress has lifted off of me already. This is showing me patterns of how the enemy has fooled me my entire life. My background from the time I was born was rooted in this spirit of divination. Violence used to be a daily event as a child. This book will help set me free as I acquire the daily practice and knowlege of the information listed! Praise GOD I can be set free as I do the work in my life. This book is a must read for everyone!
I started the book control freak. The information provided is showing me how to live a life that one GOD wants for me. The other is the life that I have never had one of knowing what the enemys intent is to trap me! Knowing truth and this is what GOD wants for me will set me free!

Control Freaks are in the work place, church, our personal lives, whether with a spouse, significant other, family members and or friends. He used John the Baptist, Elijah, Moses, Paul, Isaiah, Daniel and many other warriors in His Kingdom- He is using you too in our generation.
I pray you become number#1 terror to the kingdom of the enemy and be a battle axe for Yahweh. God is looking for warriors these last days who will rise up and take up their cross but many of us modern believers without proper teaching and study are toothless lions and fat useless soldiers sitting on the benches of life but I chose to don my armor and take the gates of the enemy and Psalm 91 is my assurance of victory every day… Keep up the great work in battle and know that the Victory is the Lord’s, the blessings are ours and the shame and devastation to the enemy’s camp in Jesus Name-

I read Control Freak the first time then Purchased Audio book and Teaching Series which have given me more insight. This insight has strengthened my Faith tremendously!
Now, I am reading Control Freak again. The book is a ‘Must Read’. Listen to the audio version and I guarantee you will read it again!

It’s official, the Bible and the book, Control Freak, has changed my life dramatically! The Bible has been a guide that we cannot do without in order to function properly and harmoniously and to live a happy life. Living according to the Bible produces rest, even in a turbulent world full of unrest. Control Freak has been a blessing by the strengthening HIS word in my life and showing me that HE is Alive and Well.
After reading your book, I can’t explain it, however, it seems like a light suddenly came on.
My strong hold thinking is diminishing and I am seeing more and more how affect actually drives effect.
Example, I had another heated argument with my attorney. I sat calmly this time. Something inside told me just to ask him why doesn’t he have any control in this situation.
Wow. Did he ever come unglued. Then the light came on. He is only trying to stir up my emotions. He became more and more angry because I never engaged.
I am now looking at things with a totally different aspect. I am astonished by the things I am noticing around me that I have been obviously blind to.
Right now I am totally done with being robbed from my joy.

I finished reading your book yesterday. I have not read a book in many years. I am a changed person after reading your book.
I’ve been using the weapon and dessert on some people around me. My favorite part is the blessing and peace God has given me after the dessert has been dished out. I am hearing more directive and acting on it since I been going to your bible study (Date Night) and reading your book.
I no longer live my life on overdrive. I now surrender all my plans into God’s hands.

behavior has not changed. Yikes. Scary.
How the controlling spirit will let the person go to church and read the bible,
but still not change from needing absolute control is disturbing.

I’ve been real tired lately. I have to get up at 4:30am each morning to go to work. I like to read before I go to sleep. Usually relaxes me. So, I decided to read Control Freak. Content is so intense, my enthusiasm keeps me up until 3:30am. Last few nights I have continued to read, however, I know better, but I just can’t seem to put it down.
Honestly i cannot understand why people manupulate (especially at work situation); try to control other people – perhaps due to ‘weakness’? ‘desire to excercise power’. (is it -a spirit of wichcraft?) It is clear as
you said in the book that spirit of control is Anti-Christ – imagine Jesus would do that?! Thus it surely comes from the state of ‘non-belief’, absense of faith in Jesus.
One thing i really like about your messages and the book – the genuine desire to become Jesus follower. i have that desire yet i am far off from ‘words’ (if i examine myself) – easy to read and say, than really living out.
i am looking forward reading and learning and becoming more pleasing God as His daughter.

Janet helped me when i was born. Now at 13 years old i am able to show the love of God because she first showed me!!! While helping on the opening night, I
just wanted to buy a book and start reading it (i am not a reader and I will do whatever to get out of reading.) So i asked my mom for money so i could buy the
book. She rolled her eyes and said you can read and borrow mine anytime cuz she thought i would just let it sit by my bed like the many others to where the
dust has to be blown off. And i said, no mom, i really want to read it. And from all the Saturday night studies i have went to, I could see God working in peoples lives at the study! I was then given a signed book from Janet. I asked if i could have a break and i went to the couch and i read and read and read till the event was over (sorry Janet for not helping the rest of the night .)

I started reading control freak Sunday. In three days I am on page 264. This book is stunning! I feel like 1,000 pounds of stress has lifted off of me already. This is showing me patterns of how the enemy has fooled me my entire life. My background from the time I was born was rooted in this spirit of divination. Violence used to be a daily event as a child. This book will help set me free as I acquire the daily practice and knowlege of the information listed! Praise GOD I can be set free as I do the work in my life. This book is a must read for everyone!

Control Freaks are in the work place, church, our personal lives, whether with a spouse, significant other, family members and or friends. Finally, as true warriors for Christ, we will learn the necessary tools to recognize Control Freak tactics and fight against the enemy.
